It does not get watered.

It has a weed and feed spray 1-2 times per year.

Fed with a controlled release fertilizer 2-3 times per year.

Mowed regularly and a little higher as it warms up (5cm)

The lawns you see around this property are a mixture of rye grass, Kikuyu and weeds.
